Product — web, apps & internal tools

Websites, stores and software that actually do a job.

Most agencies hand over a pretty page and walk away. We build things that take bookings, process orders, replace spreadsheets and make money while you sleep. If it doesn't move the needle, it doesn't ship.

What we build

From a five-page site to a working piece of software.

Every build starts at the same place: what does this thing need to do, and who's it for?

Some clients need a sharp marketing site that converts visitors into enquiries. Others need a customer portal, an internal dashboard or a proper e-commerce platform. We've built our own tools, platforms and products — so we think like owners, not decorators.

Four things people ask for

The builds we do most.

Marketing sites
Brochure & lead-gen

Five-to-twenty-page sites designed to explain what you do, build trust and turn visitors into enquiries or bookings.

E-commerce
Stores & subscriptions

Shopify, WooCommerce or custom — product pages, checkout, inventory and shipping wired together properly.

Web apps & portals
Customer-facing software

Logged-in dashboards, client portals, booking systems and self-serve tools that replace manual processes.

Internal tools
Ops & back-office

Admin panels, reporting dashboards and workflow tools that save your team hours every week.

Designed to convert

Every page has a job. We structure content, calls to action and user flows so visitors do the thing you need them to do.

Edit it yourself

Content lives in a CMS you can actually use. Change copy, swap images and add pages without calling us.

Integrated properly

Payments, CRMs, email platforms, booking tools — wired in at build so everything talks to everything.

Fast & findable

Core Web Vitals in the green, semantic markup, schema and technical SEO baked in from day one.

Tracking that's real

Analytics, conversion events and goal tracking configured properly so you know what's working.

Yours outright

You own every line of code and every design file. No lock-in, no hostage fees, no "platform tax."

How a build runs

Four steps, no mystery.

01

Map what it needs

We dig into your goals, your customers and the jobs the site or app has to do. Out comes a sitemap, feature list and technical spec — with a fixed price attached.

02

Design it, show you early

High-fidelity designs in Figma, shared within the first week. You see real pages, not wireframe blobs. We iterate until you're happy before a line of code is written.

03

Build and wire it up

Front-end, back-end, CMS, integrations, payments — all built in parallel and tested together. You get a staging link from day one of development.

04

Launch & hand over

We handle DNS, hosting setup, redirects and go-live QA. Then we hand over credentials, documentation and a recorded walkthrough so your team can run it.

Pricing

From £4,800, fixed, in 3–5 weeks.

Every build is scoped and priced before we start. No day-rates, no surprises, no "phase two that'll cost extra."

Can you build on our existing brand?

Absolutely. If you already have brand guidelines, a logo and a colour palette we'll design within them. If the brand itself needs work, we can handle that too — just tell us when you get in touch.

What platform do you build on?

It depends on the job. Marketing sites usually go on Next.js or WordPress; stores on Shopify or WooCommerce; apps on React with a Node or Python back-end. We'll recommend what makes sense and explain why.

Can you build applications, not just websites?

Yes — it's a growing chunk of what we do. Client portals, booking systems, admin dashboards, internal tools. If it runs in a browser and needs a database, we can build it.

What about ongoing changes after launch?

Content changes are on you via the CMS — that's the point. For bigger changes (new features, redesigns, integrations) we scope and quote each piece separately. No retainer required.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Everything we build — code, designs, copy, assets — is yours on launch. You can take it to another developer tomorrow if you want. We don't do lock-in.

Let's build the thing that pays.
